Healthy Homes Changes effective from 12 May 2022

Changes to the Healthy Homes Standards came into force on 12 May 2022. The amendments made changes to the heating, ventilation, and moisture ingress and drainage standards. If a rental property already met the existing standards priorto 12 May 2022, it will not need any extra work to comply with the changes.
