A Trust Account is an entirely separate bank account set up to manage the flow of rental
revenue completely independently of other company accounts and audited regularly by a registered and qualified auditor.
With large amounts of rent payments moving through a property management company every day, any operation worth entrusting your business to should operate an independently audited Trust Account. This is to ensure that our owners can rest assured that our business processes are best practice and completely transparent. Considering a property management company that does not operate an audited Trust Account is simply not worth the risk.

Quite simply, we don’t get paid unless you do so we take our zero tolerance arrears policy extremely seriously. In fact, we have a dedicated Rental HQ staff member responsible for ensuring that any arrears that might arise are dealt with immediately and firmly.
