Over the past 15 years, Patsy has built a successful property investment portfolio through long-term investing, strategic acquisitions, and property development. As her portfolio grew, she recognised that outstanding property management was essential to protecting and maximising investment returns. Rather than settling for average service, she led the award-winning Rental HQ property management — a company known for its professionalism, compliance, and outstanding client service. Because we own and manage our own portfolio, we understand firsthand what landlords expect and manage it with that perspective.

With over 25 years’ experience in property-related roles, Abby brings exceptional attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and strong communication skills to her role as General Manager, leading the Rental HQ team.

In 2025, Abby was honoured to receive the Manager of the Year Award in recognition of her leadership and management style as General Manager. Abby believes the success of Rental HQ is made possible by the dedicated team around her and is proud to work alongside such talented professionals.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, my extensive background has equipped me with a deep understanding of property management, tenant relations, and the intricacies of the rental market.

Throughout my career, I have prioritised building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers and I have successfully managed diverse portfolios of residential properties overseeing all aspects of property operations.

With a keen insight into local market trends, my experience in market analysis allows me to provide property owners with valuable insights to enhance their investment returns.

Bindi is an exceptional property manager who’s received countless praises from both owners and tenants alike. She believes home is where life happens, and her passion is helping owners to protect their investment and tenants to enjoy a good home. Originally from India, she has proudly called New Zealand home for 11 years. As Senior Property Manager / Team Leader at RentalHQ, her industry expertise, multilingual communication, and genuine care enable her to deliver exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and heart.

Bronwyn brings a wealth of experience gained in both property management and real estate sales. Combined with her values and skills gained over 16 years in the industry, this ensures that owners and tenants needs are met in the most professional standards.

Steph brings over 20 years of property industry experience, with roles in property management across Auckland and Rotorua, as well as experience with Taupō District Council specialising in property, rating and debt collection.

With a wealth of knowledge, Steph is passionate about helping owners maximise their investments while ensuring tenants feel at home. Outside of work, Steph is a proud mum of five and grandmother of two, and enjoys travelling throughout New Zealand and abroad.

With an impressive 24 years of experience in property management, Trina Gadd stands out as a seasoned professional in the field. Her extensive career has been marked by a deep commitment to her clients and an unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards for investment properties.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Trina thrives on meeting new people and values the honest, straightforward interactions that come with her role. Her genuine desire to help others shines through in her work, making her a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants.

Carlie’s commitment and dedication to her Owner’s Investment Portfolio is second to none.

Over the past 10 years Carlie has built trusted relationships with owners through honest communication, practical advice, and genuine care. As a property investor herself, she understands what matters most to owners and is committed to protecting their investments. Her approachable style, combined with extensive Tenancy Tribunal experience, gives clients confidence that they’re in capable hands.

With a wealth of support experience gained from roles in various highly demanding service based industries, Rachelle brings a strong level of attention to detail, customer focus, and communication skills to the Property Manager’s role, complementing our team brilliantly.

Eden works as the Property Inspector for Rental HQ, ensuring homes are well maintained and cared for to protect both owners’ investments and tenants’ living standards. She prides herself on being thorough, reliable, and approachable.

At home, she swaps her work shoes for gumboots, living on a lifestyle block with 9 chickens, 2 goats, 4 cows one being her beautiful miniature highland cow, 3 dogs, 2 kunekune pigs and a few busy beehives. Life outside of work keeps her active, grounded, and organised.

Ruby is our Inspections and Letting Agent, playing an important role in conducting routine property inspections and holding viewings for prospective tenants. Friendly, organised, and approachable, she enjoys working with both property owners and tenants to deliver a positive experience. Ruby completed a degree in Psychology in 2024 and has been working in the industry since 2025, bringing strong communication skills and a genuine understanding of people to her role.

Brook is a friendly and dedicated Administrative Assistant at Rental HQ, bringing a passion for helping people and a strong customer service background in hospitality. Organised, approachable, and proactive, she enjoys supporting the team, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and creating a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Jamey brings over 20 years of property management experience to her role as Accounts Administrator at Rental HQ. Her background in property management, banking, and property renovation gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry. As a property investor herself, Jamey combines financial expertise, practical knowledge, and exceptional organisational skills to support owners, tenants, and the wider team.
